

CHECKLIST AND TIPS FOR BECOMING A TRAINEE IN PANAMA

Make sure your profile is aligned with the position you applied for.

You must have the availability to come to Panama within the time stablished in the job description on our international platform (EXPA).

Know basic Spanish for daily conversations since it is Panama’s official language.

Understand the purpose of AIESEC and our values.

You must have attended an Outgoing Preparation Seminar in your Local Office.
